Displaying Convolo as Original Source in Hubspot

1. Go to «Marketing» →  «Lead Capture» →  «Forms»:

2. Click «Create form»:

3. Chose «Standalone page» form type and click «Next»

4. Click «Start»:

5. Delete «email» field:

6. Add «first name» «last name» and «phone number» fields:

7. Click «Publish»:

8. ⚠️ Copy form GUID from the URL and send it to support@convolo.ai:

9. Go to «Settings» → «Marketing» → «Forms»:

10. Go to the «Submissions Settings» tab and turn on the «Allow submissions without email addresses to create contacts» option
