Can’t connect Facebook Lead Ads in Safari

In order to connect an Facebook integration, you will need to authorize through a pop-up inside of Convolo Dashboard. That pop-up might not come up in some cases due to the pop-up blocker, which is active by default in Safari.

Here's how to turn off the pop-up blocker on Mac: Open Safari, then click Safari —> Preferences in the top left of the browser window —> Select the Websites tab in the top menu —> Click on Pop-up Windows —> Go over to app.convolo.ai and choose “Allow”.
