Easily report phone calls that you faced issue with
Reporting calls from the Dialer application
Now you can easily report the calls you faced an issue with directly from the result screen.
As soon as you’ve finished the call, you can click on a read checkbox “Report a problem with the call” and enter a short explanation on what happened on that call. Once you click “Send”, the support ticket will be created automatically in our system.
Reporting calls from the Dashboard
In order to report calls that are already completed, you just need to head over to the “Calls” page. In order to view the “Calls” page, click on the clock icon in your dialer → “Show All History”.
Once you’re redirected to another page, find a call that you would like to report and copy the ID of that call and send it to email@example.com with a short explanation.
