Making calls via Zapier [Action]

The Speed-to-Lead™ app will let you initiate a call with Convolo when the trigger works.

What do you need to start using the app:

• Zapier account

• Convolo Leads account

Preparations

Create a new Zap

Get the widget and API keys for the widget you want to proceed with the call-in.

Setup

Choose Convolo Leads as an App Event

Choose Make a Call as an Action Event, then click Continue

Click the Sign in to Convolo Leads button.

Fill widget key and API key fields with the same parameters from your widget.

You can specify the widget name if needed (it's recommended if you are using several different widgets)

Chose account and click Continue

Set up action

It is recommended to use custom parameters, but you can use the Message To The Operator field to overwrite the prepared voice message.

After setting it up, click Continue.

You can Test action or skip the test.

NB! The real call will be made with the test parameters.

Turn on Zap and start receiving calls.
